The Tree of Life at Hollywood Forever Cemetery

The Day of the Dead was celebrated for the 17th year at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Hollywood. Attracting over 40,000 visitors throughout the day, it is the biggest event of its kind in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.
One hundred altars spread through the venue, reviving loved ones who have passed away. Aztec Dancers and live music celebrated the deceased. Performances included headliner and Latin Grammy Nominee Julieta Venegas, Buyepongo, Mitre, Alejandro y Maria Laura and Mariachi Flor de Toloache.
